Cirruna is not finished. The app currently runs in demo mode: it shows the interface and clearly says on screen that your traffic is not being protected. Real VPN connections will be switched on when our server infrastructure is live and the necessary approvals are in place. We will not claim a secure tunnel exists before it does.
